• Salons List: A directory of partnered salons, perfect for franchises or individuals with multiple salon locations.
• Staff List: An organized list of salon staff, complete with their specialties, experience, and available timings.
• Calendars & Appointments: A seamless integration of scheduling tools, ensuring that every appointment is well-coordinated, reducing waiting times, and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Notification System: Real-time alerts and reminders for both staff and clients to ensure punctuality and awareness of any changes or promotions.

Engaging with Tiin signifies the user’s explicit consent to its terms and conditions of use, stated clearly for reference. This consent stands from the very first interaction, whether the individual is a partner, staff, client, or a mere visitor. We are dedicated to elevating the salon management experience, focusing solely on this mission without affiliations to any external entities or organizations.

The platform's management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any such modification becomes effective upon its announcement. Continual use of this platform after any modification indicates the user's complete acceptance of said modification.

 

General terms and conditions applicable to users:

1. Upon registering on this platform, the user commits to providing accurate, current, and complete registration details.
2. The user pledges that they possess the legal eligibility to use the platform.
3. This platform and its employees adhere to a strict and comprehensive information security policy. Only authorized employees have access to confidential personal information. The platform's management commits to ensuring the confidentiality of this information.
4. The user authorizes the platform's management to use the data they provide on the platform to inform them of special offers and other marketing-related purposes, without violating the announced privacy policy on this platform.
5. The content, organization, design, compilation, translation, and all other materials related to the platform are protected under copyright laws, trademarks, and other applicable ownership rights.
6. Users are prohibited from attempting to access the platform's source code in any way (reverse engineering, hacking, decoding, etc.) or using any automated software to browse the service, including using spiders, robots, web crawlers, data mining tools, etc. The exception being internet search engines (like Google).
7. Users are prohibited from using the platform or its services in any way that deviates from its objectives, violates the law, or any illegal purposes. It's also prohibited to use it in any manner that contradicts the terms of use, or in a fraudulent or harmful manner, e.g., hacking or introducing malicious code such as viruses or harmful data into the platform.
8. Users are obligated not to transfer any materials designed to disrupt, damage, destroy, or limit the functionality of the platform and its services.
9. The user commits to not interfering with any other user's enjoyment of the platform or the services provided.
10. The user pledges to adhere solely to the platform's purpose (memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran) and is prohibited from using this platform for any other tasks or goals, or for promoting personal ideas or opinions. The user bears full legal responsibility for doing so.
11. The platform management reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user's account at its absolute discretion if it finds that the user has violated any of the terms. The user is prohibited from re-registering on the platform, whether directly or indirectly.
12. The platform management uses all available and reasonable means to eliminate any viruses that might infect the platform, but it does not assume any responsibility for the transmission of viruses, if any, to the user's devices. The user is responsible for taking all appropriate precautions before accessing the platform or using its services.
13. The platform management does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. It also doesn't guarantee that the platform won't be affected by force majeure events, including the inability to obtain or shortage of necessary materials. The platform management may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the platform, in whole or in part, or block any service on it at any time for commercial and operational reasons and bears no responsibility for any service interruption, whether intentional or not.
14. The management does not guarantee the sites that can be accessed through links within the platform, and the responsibility for following these links lies solely with the user.
15. The management controls and provides the platform from its facilities in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It doesn't guarantee that the platform is suitable for use in other geographical locations. The user commits to taking responsibility for using the platform from any other place and adhering to the local law of that place.
16. These terms are formulated in accordance with and in agreement with the provisions of the law of the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and its courts are referred to in legal disputes.
